Activity description
Founded in 2001, Axist specializes in dimensional testing at the customer's site and is equipped with a fleet of portable instruments and skills specific to this particular type of business. With locations in Turin, Verona, Taranto, Pomigliano and Abu Dhabi, Axist operates in aerospace, nautical, automotive, steel, energy, nuclear physics and petrochemicals. AXIST Romania was opened in 2006. IN 2012 ALTO LLC, an Axist subsidiary in Abu Dhabi, was opened in association with a local partner to serve the Middle Eastern market more efficiently. In 2016, Axist expanded its business by adding topography and aerial photogrammetry services, employing experienced engineers and equipping itself with state-of-the-art tools, software, and methodologies. In recent years it has enhanced the R&D section to develop robotic measurement systems. The company is ISO 9001 and UNI EN 9100 certified.
